The Nicholas Wozniak Foundation Ministries exists to bring people together through Christian faith, guidance, and community.
We believe life is meant to be lived together—learning from one another, supporting one another, and growing stronger through shared experience and faith in God.
Why We Exist
NWF Ministries is a nonprofit foundation dedicated to building community connections and supporting individual ministries located in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
Our Mission is to foster a sense of belonging and inclusivity through various programs and Ministries.
We started this foundation with a clear purpose:
To help people through life’s challenges with faith, responsibility, and compassion.
We believe healing, growth, and strength happen when people come together with honesty, humility, and faith.

Building faith, strengthening lives, growing together.
We help build confidence and healthy outcomes for kids and adults with special needs through innovative adapted sports programs including the Special Olympics, Field of Dreams Basketball, Little League Challenger Division, TOPS Soccer and many more. We help each individual reach their goals.
NWF Ministries is dedicated to building community connections through individual ministries. Our focus includes special needs sports and mindful sober recovery programs in Ponte Vedra, Florida. We are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals in our community.
Why We Exist
At Nicholas Wozniak Foundation Ministries, we believe ministry begins with meeting people where they are. Our mission is to uplift, support and walk alongside those rising above adversity with courage and grace through purpose-driven programs that reflect the love of Christ in tangible ways.
From adaptive sports that empower individuals with special needs to compassionate sober recovery initiatives rooted in mindfulness and grace, each of our ministries are designed to serve real people with real needs. And we are just getting started! With a heart open to the Holy Spirit’s leading, we continue to build innovative, life-LOVE-giving ministries that bring light to the darkest places.

Mindful Recovery walks alongside individuals on their journey to healing, offering hope, support, and restoration for mind, body, and spirit.
Homeless Heroes
Homeless Heroes restores dignity and hope by meeting the urgent needs of those experiencing homelessness and helping them move toward stability.
Community, Events & Shared Experiences
Growth happens in community. We bring people together through faith-based gatherings, community events, special needs-inclusive activities, mentorship, coaching, and shared experiences.
